Please join Coahoma Early College High School in welcoming their teachers back for their Pre-School Conference to be held on Wednesday, July 31st, at 9:00 a.m., in the Georgia Lewis Theatre.  The guest speaker will be Pam Chatman.

Pam Chatman is the National/Global Tv Network owner of the PChatman Network.


Pam has been nominated as one of the top 25 Most Influential African American in the state of Mississippi.


Pam has been recognized  by The Delta Business Journal as a mover and shaker in Business.


She is often called The  Rising New Oprah of the South. Pam Chatman is a larger than life personality in her job. She is a woman who has kicked down doors and broken glass ceilings to do what she loves and that is Empowering Women, Children and Schools.  She is a Diva by trade and a Boss Lady by definition. When she speaks she commands attention. The world now knows this after her debut in TruTV reality show BREAKING GREENVILLE. Pam never forgets her roots and the things that have driven her to do what she has done so far in her life.She was raised in the Mississippi Delta city of Shaw.


Pam is an Ambassador of Coca Cola and validated as a woman of Empowerment. She leads the state of Mississippi and the southeast for Coca-Cola global initiative 5by20 where they want to Empower


5-Million Women by 2020. She was recently honored in Atlant, Georgia for The Women of Honor award where 12 women from different states were recognized.


Pam has recently put together a , Boss Lady Crisis Consortium Team, a group of Professionals having a seat at the Table with the Boss Lady herself building creating and finding ways to help families and communities with Resources and sustainability. That she does well.


She is the owner of PChatman Media Communication firm. She is also the CEO/Founder of P. Chatman Mentoring, Consultant and Training Organization and Boss Lady PChat Business Coaching Outreach, which fosters teaching to women and young girls to love themselves first. To empower them to become Self Sufficient. To Dream BIG and that every woman you meet along your way is A Diamond in the Rough. She uses past family secrets and school experiences of low self-esteem to empower women so they, too, can heal. Through her powerful and strong voice she has traveled all over the south speaking to encourage women to never give up on their Dreams. Pam is known through-out the south to help women move their mountains in their lives that have tried to hold them back from healing and walking into their Destiny.


Pam is a National Motivational Speaker represented by a firm in New York. She has been the convocational speaker at several schools in the Mississippi Delta, as well as throughout the state of Mississippi.  She has also done professional development for schools statewide, to include the local schools in the delta area. Pam is Mississippi’s first Black woman News Director. It was through this position that she got her break on the big screen on TruTv in BREAKING GREENVILLE reality show. The state of Mississippi has named a stretch of Highway near Shaw, MS in her honor. Pam has appeared on several national shows such as The Talk in Hollywood, California. She has been placed in Congressional Records of History by Congress and recognized by Former President Barack Obama for her Leadership role in the South. She is also a member of the ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.
